Reconciliation and Month end Checks and Balances.
Sage VIP Payroll.
EMP501 Reconciliations and IRP5 Certificates (3 Companies).
VAT, Income Tax and PAYE Audits.
Accounting and tax planning of 2 Trusts.
Generating Dummy Payslips for Potential Fixed Term Employees, responding to their queries and explaining our payslip structure.
Take Responsibility for Tender Applications and compilation of tender packs according to tender specifications.
Compilation of Audit Files for Annual Independent Reviews.
Filing of Annual Returns and updating of company.
information with the CIPC.
Completion of Vendor Forms and Supplier database registrations.
Resolving SARS issues of Fixed Term Contractors and Independent Contractors.
Maintenance of Central Supplier Database (CSD).
Issuing of EME Affidavits and QSE Affidavits.
