  • Provide technical subject matter expertise leadership to reporting competency resources to enable them to define, implement and embed workable reporting solutions to support business operations.

  • Provide technical and functional support for business users and, in addition, research and facilitate implementation of latest available, alternate, market, and compliant business reporting solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to governance, risk and control frameworks related to project, change request and accounting compliance requirements.

  • Provide training and knowledge sharing on business reporting functions, standards and latest developments for finance and business teams within the group.

  • Line manage the finance business services reporting competency team.

The ideal candidates should have:

    Type of qualification: Honours Degree.

      Field of study: Business Commerce or Information Studies.

      • SAP Business Objects Certification

      • SAP BW certification (preferred)

      • QlikView Developer certification.

      • Qlik NPrinting Developer certification

      • Qlik Sense Developer certification (preferred).

      • Experience required 1*.

      Job Function: Business Support.

        Job Family: Technical reporting.

        • Years: 5-7 Years.

        Experience Description: Analyse business user reporting requirements and build reporting solutions according to business quality and delivery time expectations.

        • Experience required 2.

        Job Function: Finance.

          Job Family: Financial reporting within the Financial Services Industry.

          • Years: 3-4 Years.

          Experience Description: Support finance business team with reporting solutions based on user driven reporting requirements.

          • Experience required 3.

          Job Function: Human Capital.

            Job Family: Competency line management and leadership.

            • Years: 3-4 Years.

            Experience Description: Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team working in an agile nWoW environment. Track record in capability and competency building and coaching of staff.

              POSITION: 12 months contract.

                COMMENCEMENT: Immediately.
