  • Our client requires the services of a Junior Account Manager on a permanent basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, negotiate and sell strategically to achieve sales targets

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients

  • Proactively keep abreast of clients\' marketing plans, and provide solutions

  • Ensure that client needs, and requirements are understood, interpreted and communicated accurately and that their expectations are met and exceeded at all times

  • Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with clients by building relationships through regular contact (meetings, email and phone follow ups)

  • Ensure high standard of customer service at all times

  • Manage campaign administration of proposals and contracts

  • Bring about campaign implementation, management and feedback to clients Source, develop and manage new clients

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing (advantageous)

  • Minimum of 2 years sales/account management experience in a high pressure, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of FMCG industry Brand Management, Retail/Merchandising, and Digital Media would be advantageous

  • MS Office Intermediate level

  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
