The consultant will be required resource on-site for support purposes.
Daily support activity for order management (capture, picking, shipping and invoicing process) via ITSM Remedy call centre
Monitoring of interfaces (B2B and internal)
Supporting\\fixing stuck orders on interfaces
Sound knowledge of Order management
Sound knowledge of sql used for monitoring and fixing stuck orders via custom schemas and SOA
POSITION: Contract role for 3 months.
COMMENCEMENT: 1 July 2018
