  • The consultant will be required resource on-site for support purposes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily support activity for order management (capture, picking, shipping and invoicing process) via ITSM Remedy call centre

  • Monitoring of interfaces (B2B and internal)

  • Supporting\\fixing stuck orders on interfaces

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Sound knowledge of Order management

  • Sound knowledge of sql used for monitoring and fixing stuck orders via custom schemas and SOA

POSITION: Contract role for 3 months.

    COMMENCEMENT: 1 July 2018
