  • The successful candidate will provide a SAP solution for business requirements to replace existing legacy systems, with standard SAP integrated solutions.

  • The job requires an experienced SAP Project Manager with Scrum Master and Solution Owner skills.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Appropriate and recognized formal qualifications and / or comparable experience in the delivery of successful SAP solutions and projects.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Obtain customer requirements in detail, with a high level of understanding the business process.

  • Own and develop relationships with clients, working with them to optimise and enhance the integration into SAP.

  • Concisely explain the customer requirements to the delivery team.

  • Liaise with various stakeholders to see the process through to success.

  • Compile detailed project plans in line with recognized Solution methodology.

  • Deliver project phases in line with SAP Quality standards.

  • Ensure delivery deadlines are met without compromise to quality.

  • Track progress and present regular feedback for management.

  • Manage all project risks, quality and resources.

  • Facilitate daily scrum and workshop planning.

  • Manage the design process with coordination of scrum team in SAP solution methodology.

  • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

  • Quality assurance and delivery of Project documentation.

  • Define reporting and alerting requirements.

  • Help design, document and maintain system process.

  • Monitor multi-project solution implementation progress against scoped requirements

  • Monitor and report the actual time spent on the implemented solution and track versus budgeted hours.

  • Facilitate retrospective project reviews to continually refine implementation processes.

  • Ensure that appropriate progress reporting and documentation is maintained throughout the life-cycle of the solution.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • 5 or more years of experience in project management

  • Experience managing software projects or teams

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Highly organized, structured, proactive and autonomous

  • Ability to effectively communicate across functional teams

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong people management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with significant complexity

  • Innovative thinking and the ability to approach problems with curiosity and open mindedness, using existing information to its fullest potential.

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Analytical and creative thinking

POSITION: Contract role for 6 months with a possible extension.

  • COMMENCEMENT: Start 1 November or mid-November.
