Our client seeks the services of a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to:

  • Design, create, and deliver digital marketing campaigns to support acquisition and retention.

  • Work closely with the Head of Acquisitions and VAS Head, driving the strategic direction of digital marketing campaigns, to increase ROI and drive acquisitions.

  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to create benchmarks and competitive market offerings.

  • Create and implement strategies and roadmaps to meet acquisition targets across all digital platforms.

  • Planning, development, optimisation and execution of digital performance acquisition campaigns, including online advertising, SEM, SEO, affiliate, display, mobile, video, social media, etc.

  • Continuously optimize, create or brief in digital acquisition assets to drive performance campaigns.

  • Manage all paid-for activity across all digital platforms (web, mobile, social).

  • Develop and implement a holistic SEO strategy designed to drive highly qualified traffic to the site, ensuring cross-channel integration and identifying synergies with internal and external business partners Identify KPIs and key business metrics (e.g., online funnel, acquisitions, acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, customer churn) on a campaign-by-campaign basis, for all digital marketing activities.

  • Monitor, track and analyse campaign performance, then take appropriate action based on such analysis.

  • Sourcing and managing all affiliate partners and assisting them with collateral for executing digital acquisition campaigns.

  • Strategic digital product selection with effective user flows to ensure that the success of the digital acquisition campaigns result in acquired subscribers.

  • Ensure targets for all digital platforms are met within the agreed budget requirements.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with all key marketing partners.

  • Generate reports to demonstrate continual improvement and progress toward company goals.

The ideal candidate should have: Be proficiency in web advertising, social media and analytics is a must. Familiar with a wide range of digital acquisition practices, concepts, and procedures is required.

  • Depth digital performance marketing knowledge, expertise and proven track record.

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in digital performance marketing and/or consumer acquisition.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition targets and a desire to own and be accountable for the online acquisition funnel.

  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital performance campaigns, using a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.

  • Experience A/B testing, managing, optimizing and growing multiple performance campaigns.

  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of affiliate marketing.

  • Strong ability to present digital marketing concepts and receive feedback.

  • Deep interest in keeping up with digital trends that can positively impact our business.

  • Superior analytic skills, and the ability to compile, analyse and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimise current campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data.

  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

  • Ability to prioritise, track and complete multiple and competing priorities.

  • Keen awareness of commercial imperatives.

  • Strong management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, highly organised, able to work independently and plan appropriately.

  • Exceptional time and project management and the ability to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic working environment.

  • Must be a team player.

  • WASP industry knowledge advantageous.
